12LANE.AI

The most prominent enterprise AI use cases worth your attention.

80 documented implementations inside real companies: who did it, with what tools, how long it took, and what it returned. 12+ months of research, primary vendor sources, 2024–2026.

How to read this library: the 80 cases are a menu.

Pick what makes sense and is beneficial for your business. Start from your own friction: something slow, something expensive, something that breaks every week, something people already avoid doing in their workflows.

Keep only the cases that address one of those, and keep the rest for later.

The timelines assume clean data, a written process, and an owner on your side. If something is missing, you might need to be ready to get ready first.

Before starting anything, define the metric: this pilot moves [metric] from [current] to [target] by [date], with an owner.

Many things can be done. Pick only what is important, and start with one.

What this library does not tell you

Public case studies skew vendor-friendly and often bundle several workflows into one story. Where a story emphasized adoption instead of results, the ROI column says “-”: we did not invent a number.

Customer service, sales copilots, and software engineering are overrepresented in public sources. Finance back office, legal and compliance in non-tech firms, and mid-market manufacturing operations are underrepresented. The market is rich in “AI answers questions faster” and much weaker in “AI closes the books” with public hard numbers.

The selection is intentionally biased toward workflows transferable to a 50–250 person company, over brand prestige.
